easy Jet is seeking a Senior Operations Research Scientist to design and deploy advanced optimisation models, simulations and decision-support tools for crew planning, scheduling and network resilience at our Luton base.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate business challenges into mathematical models and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service levels while mentoring colleagues and representing easy Jet in industry forums.
