The Team You’ll join our passionate Reward Team, who are dedicated to delivering innovative reward solutions that support our people and business strategy. We work closely with Business HR, Payroll, and the wider People team to ensure our reward programmes are competitive, fair, and engaging for all colleagues.
The Role As a Reward Specialist, you’ll lead and support a range of reward activities, including:
- Project managing annual salary and bonus reviews, equal pay reviews, and statutory pay reporting
- Leading on benchmarking, salary survey submissions, and external market insight requests
- Overseeing job architecture data governance and maintaining the job catalogue in Workday
- Supporting recognition activities and annual Flexible Benefits renewals
- Managing all easyJet Share Scheme processes, including LTIP nominations, awards, and vesting
- Providing expert advice to Business HR and handling escalated reward queries from the HR Service Centre
- Ensuring data integrity, managing employee eligibility files, and supporting system integrations
- Maintaining reward matrices and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements
Requirements of the Role
- Prior experience in an international Reward & Benefits role, ideally within a FTSE‑listed business
- Proactive and confident, with strong relationship management skills and the ability to act on your own initiative
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodology such as Towers Watson
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insight from internal and external data
- Experience with Workday or similar HR databases and reward systems is highly desirable

Practicalities This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
