The Post-Book team owns the digital experience for millions of easy Jet holidays customers from the moment they click book, right through until they return from their holiday.
The team uses a deep understanding of customers to create intuitive, helpful and enjoyable experiences that make it easier for customers to manage their holiday and choose easy Jet holidays again.
THE ROLE
Product
Owner: Post-Book, you’ll lead a critically important squad within a growing team, shaping digital experiences that help customers self-serve, manage their holiday online and enjoy a seamless journey after booking.
This is a commercially focused role with real customer impact.
You’ll help drive channel shift, customer retention, revenue generation and CSAT by creating digital experiences that reduce the need for customers to contact our service teams and give them more control over their holiday.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across easy Jet holidays and easy Jet, including Technology, Commercial, Operations, Customer Service and other Product Owners, to deliver market-leading solutions and build a stronger digitally led relationship with our customers.
Self-serve and personalisation are fundamental to what we do, so you must be comfortable building flexible experiences that adapt to individual customers.
You should have your finger on the pulse of AI developments and will be expected to explore how we can use it to make self-service smarter and more personal
Requirements of the Role
- Develop a product vision and strategy for your area, aligned to the wider Post-Book vision.
- Own and prioritise a long-term product roadmap for your squad.
- Lead a full stack squad and take ownership of one of the Post-Book team’s key metrics.
- Use data analytics, customer insight and experimentation to identify the most valuable opportunities.
- Work with engineers, UX designers, business analysts, architects and delivery colleagues to take ideas from concept through to launch.
- Balance business requirements with your own growth ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Technology teams to create a seamless digital-first holiday experience.
- Explore how AI and personalisation can make self-service smarter, more flexible and more relevant to individual customers.
- Communicate your roadmap clearly to stakeholders, building buy-in and demonstrating the ROI of your initiatives.
- Partner with Business Analysts to capture clear and concise requirements.
- Work with Delivery Managers to size initiatives and run sprints effectively.
- Act as a Digital team ambassador, supporting internal teams and helping shape compliant, customer-focused online experiences.
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an ambitious Product Owner who combines digital know-how, technical understanding and strong business partnering.
You’ll be confident leading through ambiguity, bringing people with you and turning insight into products and experiences that customers value.
You’ll bring
- Experience as a Product Owner, ideally delivering customer-facing B2C products within an ecommerce function.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience leading, motivating and supporting development teams.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as Content Square and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of self-service platforms, customer service tools, CSAT and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to measure, track and report on the success of your work.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across different teams and levels.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust, listen well and prioritise team success.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Interest in the opportunities created by AI and personalisation, and how these can improve the way customers book and manage travel.

This full-time role will be 40 hours per week, with a hybrid working model, based in our HQ near Luton airport. Some occasional travel may be required.
