We’re looking for a Product Executive to join our Product and Content team on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2026. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering destination strategies to boost revenue, improve conversion, and drive growth.

As a Product Executive, you will support our Product Managers across a range of stunning beach and city destinations, helping to unlock growth opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and route data. You will be involved in everything from capacity planning to product quality reviews, working closely with teams across the business—including marketing, customer operations, finance, and trading. Your insights will help us ensure that our product offering stands out, whether through ‘quick wins’ to increase volume or more strategic initiatives that improve our destination propositions. You will also be a vital link with our Retail Trade team, helping to secure sales through social media and other promotional opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Experience in a tour operator, airline, or online travel agency (OTA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid commercial mindset.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on refining and improving processes.
  • Clear communication skills to influence key stakeholders and build strong relationships.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
