As an Operational Support Analyst in our Airport Management product team, you will serve as the primary liaison between frontline ground operations, technology specialists, and third‑party suppliers. Your focus will be to maintain the resilience, security, and optimal performance of live operational systems, devices, and airport tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the stability of airport systems and devices, leading rapid service recovery and root cause analysis during disruptions.
  • Monitor system health dashboards and data flows to identify risks, service drops, or integration delays before they impact flights.
  • Coordinate live testing, validation, and operational readiness for new product upgrades and airport rollouts.
  • Participate in the on‑call incident rota, providing out‑of‑hours support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) system emergencies.
  • Act as the key contact for Ground Operations, Regional Delivery teams, and tech vendors, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Oversee platform access controls to meet security standards, and build performance reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of airport operational processes, ground handling workflows, departure control, and baggage systems.
  • Proven experience in service operations, system tracking/monitoring, and managing software integrations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with third‑party vendors and external partners during high‑pressure incidents and rollouts.
  • Resilience and adaptability, maintaining operational continuity in demanding environments.
  • Clear communication skills, translating complex technical data into concise updates for both technical specialists and frontline ground crews.

Location & Hours of Work

The role operates under a hybrid working policy, with 40–60% of the month spent on site with colleagues.
