Network Control is a dedicated and experienced team responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality service as part of the Integrated Control Centre. The team works closely with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Services, Operations Planning, Safety and Security, and Maintenance Control.

All roles are based in Capability Green, Luton, with an average of fourteen 12-hour shifts per 28 days, typically from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm or 6:30 pm to 6:30 am.

Roles

Crewing Officer: Responsible for managing crew rosters using the AIMS crew system, ensuring safety, legality, and compliance with local agreements. Also considers operational robustness, efficiency, cost, fatigue, and crew lifestyle.

Customer Disruption Officer: Provides support to customers during disruptions, communicates effectively, reports on events, manages crew hotel and transport arrangements, and addresses ad-hoc requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operations Officer: Manages Flight Watch duties, swaps aircraft to minimize disruptions, works with various teams to ensure safe operations, manages runway slots, monitors weather conditions, and maintains communication with flight crews.
