As our Tourist Boards Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage relationships with tourist boards and destination partners, negotiating marketing contributions and identifying new opportunities. By attending trade fairs and visiting destinations, you’ll strengthen connections and explore ways to grow revenue.
Working closely with partners, you’ll develop marketing initiatives that are mutually beneficial. Internally, you’ll work with teams across easyJet holidays to ensure every commercial opportunity is explored and maximised. You’ll work with Marketing to help identify and deliver media opportunities across all our channels, keeping the media offering fresh and relevant. You’ll maintain and develop new products, refine the media kit, and shape a strong value proposition for partners.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Experience in European marketing, ideally in travel.
- Able to build strong relationships, especially in a European business environment.
- Confident, proactive, and able to earn trust quickly.
- Track record of delivering against ambitious budget targets and spotting opportunities.
- Experienced negotiator with a clear understanding of value and impact.
