Key Responsibilities
- Drive Service Assurance: Support ITSM processes, operational governance, and standardized IT support across all airport technologies and suppliers.
- Manage Incidents: Coordinate and accelerate live operational IT incidents to minimise disruption to flights and ground crew.
- Handle On‑Call Major Incidents: Participate in a scheduled roster as an out‑of‑hours Major Incident Manager (full training and tooling provided).
- Ensure Operational Readiness: Validate new service deployments, test disaster recovery plans and ensure documentation is complete before technology goes live.
- Continuous Improvement: Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes and run operational reviews to boost long‑term service resilience.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside Product Managers, Technical Specialists and external suppliers to maintain high data quality and system visibility.
