This role is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, part of the Product and Content team within easyJet holidays Commercial function. Please note: this is a commercial product management role within the travel industry, not a digital product management position. The team shapes and delivers destination strategies to maximise volume, increase revenue and improve conversion, working closely with Customer & Operations, Marketing, Digital and Finance. It is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on commercial strategy and continuous improvement.

As Product Manager, you will take full ownership of a set of destinations, analysing performance, identifying opportunities and ensuring the product works as hard as it can across every channel.

Responsibilities
  • Owning capacity planning for your destinations, analysing market data and the easyJet route network to support revenue growth
  • Implementing and delivering destination strategies that drive the product proposition forward
  • Onboarding, developing and maintaining a high quality portfolio of hotel and property products
  • Ensuring all hotels within your remit have content, rates and availability consistently optimised on site to maximise conversion
  • Working closely with Purchasing to review bed supply against forecast seats
  • Collaborating with Trading and Trade teams to maximise revenue opportunities across all channels
  • Analysing the cost base and supporting margin policies to deliver the budget and five-year plan
  • Keeping on top of market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour
  • Working with the Customer team to maximise the customer experience and maintain a consistent feedback loop
  • Driving continuous improvement to existing processes and implementing new ways of working
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Product, Category or Commercial Manager
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with confidence working with numbers
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and influence stakeholders across the business
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
  • A process-driven mindset with a track record of improving ways of working
  • Experience in a tour operator, airline or OTA is desirable but not essential
