In this critical role, you will be the ultimate bridge between our frontline ground operations, tech specialists, and third‑party suppliers. What You’ll Do
- Advanced Operational Support: Manage the stability of airport systems and devices, spearheading rapid service recovery and root cause analysis during disruptions.
- Proactive Monitoring: Keep a close eye on system health dashboards and data flows to spot risks, service drops, or integration delays before they affect flights.
- Product & Change Enablement: Coordinate live testing, validation, and operational readiness for exciting new product upgrades and airport rollouts.
- On‑Call Incident Response: Join our critical incident rota to provide vital out‑of‑hours support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) system emergencies.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key contact for Ground Operations, Regional Delivery teams, and tech vendors to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Access & Data Governance: Oversee platform access controls to meet strict security standards, whilst building performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
