We’re looking for a qualified accountant with good post‑qualified experience and a solid grounding in financial reporting and controls. You should be comfortable navigating accounting complexity across the balance sheet, cash flow and P&L, and you take pride in getting things right.
Bring experience of improving processes—whether through automation, simplification or better ways of working—and you’re motivated by making reporting clearer and more efficient rather than just maintaining the status quo. You can explain finance to non‑financial colleagues and challenge when needed, regardless of seniority, while maintaining strong working relationships.
Manage your time well across competing priorities and deadlines, working with a mix of routine reporting and ad‑hoc requests. Be proactive, work on your own initiative, and offer solutions rather than waiting to be asked. Enjoy leading and developing others, with a thoughtful approach to building capability, retention and succession within your team. Strong Excel skills are essential, and a collaborative mindset is just as important.
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package which includes a company‑wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution and private medical insurance.
