As the Ancillaries Marketing Lead, you will define and deliver the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for easyJet’s ancillary products. Your mission is to ensure ancillaries are core, compelling products that attract customers, drive repeat purchases, and unlock profitable revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports new and existing ancillary propositions throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements of the Role
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital, CRM, e‑commerce or multi‑channel activations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in building business cases and evaluating performance
- Confident leader with the ability to operate in a fast‑changing environment
- Minimum 7 years working at a manager level in marketing, with a strong digital, CRM, e‑commerce or retail background
