Overview This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities Own the trading strategy for a specific easy Jet market, focusing on maximising Revenue per Seat and delivering against our financial plan.
Manage the annual revenue plan for your market, ensuring delivery against financial targets.
Conduct regular trading reviews to identify risks and opportunities and take proactive action.
Optimise pricing and commercial levers to maximise route and destination performance.
Partner with key stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and digital teams to deliver strategy.
Develop a strong understanding of competitor pricing and product positioning.
Drive performance across all distribution channels in collaboration with digital teams.
Support the ongoing evolution of ways of working across UK and EU trading teams.
Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of easy Jet’s commercial performance.
Qualifications Strong commercial and analytical mindset with proven experience in revenue management or trading.
Highly numerate with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
