What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for airport infrastructure, including endpoint devices, printers, kiosks, and self‑service technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical glitches under pressure, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to minimise operational downtime.
  • Support the rollout, configuration, testing and validation of new airport technology deployments and software upgrades.
  • Build solid relationships with airport stakeholders, crew and suppliers to ensure technology remains compliant, secure and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain detailed asset inventories, configuration logs and support documentation to keep the network resilient.

Requirements of the Role

  • A proven track record supporting endpoint devices, hardware and Windows‑based systems within a live airport or aviation environment.
  • Knowledge of passenger processing, baggage operations and supplier‑hosted airport systems.
  • Expertise in incident management processes and the ability to restore complex, integrated services calmly and methodically.
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate technical concepts into simple terms for non‑technical crew and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and drive – thrive in fast‑paced, operationally critical environments and take ownership of tasks.

Location & Hours of Work

Hybrid working policy – 40% to 60% of the month spent on site with colleagues. Location: Luton Airport.
