We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to join the Strategy & Programmes team at easyJet holidays. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll play a key role in building our understanding of the competitive landscape and supporting the delivery of high impact strategic projects across the business.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed competitor and market intelligence, which includes tracking trends, analysing market size and performance, and presenting insights that help inform decisions at the most senior levels of the business. Your research will directly support the Holidays Management Board as they shape the future direction of the company.

In this role you’ll contribute to broader strategy work, such as supporting corporate strategy projects and building business cases that explore new opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, leading workshops, designing interviews, and ensuring your analysis translates into action. This is a hands-on strategy role that blends market insight, cross-functional working, and structured problem solving to support the next phase of easyJet holidays growth.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Experience in a strategy role, either at a management consulting firm or within a corporate strategy environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of complex information from a range of sources.
  • Confidence in reviewing business plans, market reports and performance data, and extracting insight that matters.
  • Experience communicating at a senior level, with a clear, structured approach to written and verbal output including building decks and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking frameworks, analyse quantitative data, and turn research into practical recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, and familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness, and comfort working at pace.
  • Confidence working with financial data and performance metrics, balancing detail with the bigger picture.
  • Experience in the travel or holidays industry would be an advantage.

What’s in it for you:

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs. You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our people. As such we’re committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere. The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport.
