As the Senior Product Manager for Optimised Flying, you will own the end-to-end technology vision that connects real-time fuel performance from the flight deck to the ground, closing the gap between best practice and everyday operation.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for a broad, complex technology product domain.
  • Budget Ownership: Own the product mission budget, securing and efficiently allocating resources to deliver critical roadmap outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Build trusted relationships with executive leadership across Flight Operations, Ground Ops, Safety, and Engineering.
  • Execution & Delivery: Manage the full product lifecycle from user discovery to technical delivery, translating complex operations into prioritized backlogs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary squad of engineers, analysts, and data scientists focused on tangible business value.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Track and scale direct impact on key metrics: fuel consumption, operating costs, and carbon emissions against sustainability targets.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all digital, data, and AI features strictly adhere to non-negotiable aviation safety and regulatory standards.
