This role sits at the heart of our Engineering & Maintenance mission, combining engineering expertise with data, technology and AI to keep our growing fleet safe, airworthy and available. As Senior Product Manager for Engineering Supply Chain, you will own the strategy, development and delivery of digital, data and AI products that power how we forecast, source, manage and deliver parts across our fleet.

  • Define and deliver a long‑term product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals and operational needs
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous optimisation
  • Lead cross‑functional squads across Technology, Data and Analytics to deliver impactful solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain and procurement teams to improve availability, cost and reliability
  • Use data and insight to inform decision‑making and measure product success
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing priorities and driving alignment
  • Ensure governance, compliance and risk management standards are met across all product activity
  • Provide clear communication and reporting on progress, risks and outcomes to leadership
