The Team

The Scheduling team are responsible for the Design and Delivery of easyJet's flying Schedule. Within this central planning function, we cooperate with areas across the business to deliver on a great flying programme for our customers.

The Role

As a Schedule Design Analyst, you will report to easyJet's Schedule Research & Development Manager. Your role will focus on driving improvements to the performance and stability of easyJet's flying schedule through various analytical tools and methodologies. You will optimise our expansive slot portfolio and communicate proposed improvements to both internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Your analytical capabilities will influence revenue improvement and cost reduction scenarios applied to easyJet's schedule.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
  • An innovative mindset with critical thinking abilities.
  • A passion for data and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems like Amadeus SkySuite or Sabre Air Vision is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast‐paced, changing environment.

Practicalities

This full‐time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
