THE TEAM

easyJet’s Proposition team defines and manages our customer offering, shaping products and partnerships that deliver long term value, delivering significant ancillary revenue for the wider business. This portfolio of products and partnerships includes our suite of ancillary services such as car hire, travel insurance, airport parking and transfers.

THE ROLE

We are now recruiting for a Partnerships Manager to help deliver our ancillary partnerships strategy. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will manage day to day relationships with a range of third party partners, driving commercial performance and ensuring our partners deliver a customer experience that reflects easyJet’s standards. You’ll play a key role in growing a portfolio responsible for around £15m of FY26 revenue, and will work closely with colleagues across Proposition, Marketing, CRM, Finance and Procurement. This role does not manage direct reports and is fully focused on partner management and commercial delivery.

  • Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in partnerships, commercial account management, ancillary revenue or marketing environments.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confident working with numbers, including monitoring commercial performance and supporting financial processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
