At easyJet, a FTSE listed low‑cost airline, we are looking for a Lead Revenue Analysis Manager who will drive revenue optimisation across our commercial portfolio. The role is based out of our Luton head office.

Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue optimisation strategy and own the revenue planning framework.
  • Set daily targets and champion advanced analytics tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Design pricing experiments and analyse promotional activity to influence commercial decisions.
  • Deliver data‑driven insights and strategic planning to the Trading & Distribution team.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in analytics or revenue management, ideally in aviation, travel or e‑commerce.
  • Advanced skills in Python, SQL and data visualisation platforms such as Tableau.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate data into commercial action.
  • Leadership experience, able to develop and inspire a high‑performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and tell a compelling data story.
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and constantly seeking smarter ways to deliver results.
  • Resilient, tenacious and energised by a fast‑moving environment.
