Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review, and submission of employment tax compliance requirements in the UK and overseas, including PSA computations, employee share plans returns, business visitors, P11Ds and more.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting employee pay and benefits taxation and employer responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Assist with advisory projects covering the easyJet network, including employee benefits-in-kind, expenses, termination payments, IR35 and employee share schemes.
- Support internal reviews for tax authority, legislative and internal policy compliance.
- Assist with tax authority information requests and audit responses.
- Support with maintaining employment tax controls, frameworks and updating internal policies.
- Develop positive relationships with key internal stakeholders, providing support to enable compliant and efficient tax processes.
- Liaise with HMRC and other country tax and social security authorities as required.
- Assist with provision of training and guidance on employment tax matters to the Group Tax team and other functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience providing Employment Tax, Global Mobility Expatriate Tax, Payroll and/or Reward advice to large businesses.
- Qualified ATT or CTA, or keen to progress with studies.
- Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience of cross-functional working.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Effective communicator who builds trust and shares information with colleagues and stakeholders.

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
