Reporting to the Strategy & Innovation Director, Technology

About the Role

easyJet’s AI maturity has moved beyond the pilot stage. Across the business, AI Solution Leads are embedded in functions—building automations, redesigning workflows, and creating new value. We are looking for an Enterprise AI Solution Lead to unify this network, drive best practice, and ensure continuous progress. As the Enterprise AI Solution Lead, you will connect the big picture of enterprise AI transformation with on‑the‑ground initiatives in each function. You will lead a community of practice, support capability development, and drive adoption and behavioural change across a large, operationally complex organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a community of practice, chapter, guild, or distributed capability group in a complex organisation
  • Strong practical understanding of AI and automation, including hands-on familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent
  • Experience designing and delivering capability development programmes (training, certification, coaching)
  • Track record of driving adoption and behavioural change in technology or digital transformation contexts
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels, without formal authority
  • Strong pattern recognition and analytical rigour in defining, tracking, and communicating value
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action

Requirements of the Role

  • Experience in an operationally complex industry (airline, logistics, travel, or similar)
  • Familiarity with future-back or vision-led planning methodologies
  • Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
  • Experience working alongside product teams in agile or product-led delivery environments
  • Track record of codifying best practice into reusable templates, patterns, or solution libraries

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a dynamic team at the heart of easyJet’s Automation & Innovation organisation, working alongside OD and HR, and supporting AI Solution Leads embedded across the business. Your impact will be measured not just by what you deliver, but by what you enable others to achieve.
