We are easyJet, a multi-billion-pound low-cost airline serving tens of millions of customers every year. Chances are you’ve flown with us - and you’ll know there’s no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We’re building the future of the easyJet app, and we’re looking for a Product Owner to lead a squad focused on revenue-driving features across the app. This is a great opportunity to shape how we grow ancillary revenue in-app, optimise conversion, and create smarter, more relevant experiences for our customers - all at scale.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape how easyJet drives revenue through one of its most important digital channels. You’ll work on products used by millions of customers across Europe, with the chance to influence both customer experience and commercial performance in a meaningful way.

This is an initial 12-month fixed term contract, based in Luton! (Hybrid Working)

What you’ll be doing

  • Own a portfolio of app revenue features across the customer journey, helping customers discover and purchase the products and services most relevant to them.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, quarterly roadmaps, and KPIs, contributing to the wider app product strategy and commercial goals.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies with delivery managers, engineers, and designers, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Translate customer needs, business opportunities, and commercial objectives into clear user stories and epics, ensuring the team delivers value iteratively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, attachment, engagement, and revenue performance across app touchpoints.
  • Use data, customer insight, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously optimise performance.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across digital, commercial, customer, operations, and analytics teams to deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Champion great UX, accessibility, and customer-centric design, ensuring revenue features feel helpful, relevant, and seamless rather than intrusive.
  • Balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility to make smart product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bring fresh thinking and innovation to how we monetise the app experience, always with a strong product mindset and focus on measurable outcomes.

Requirements of the Role

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A strong product mindset - building around customer needs, not opinions.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in app product management within B2C, ideally ecommerce or travel.
  • Deep understanding of UX and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong communicator - comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence, and confident using data to validate decisions.
  • A “customer-first” advocate who can balance customer value with business outcomes.
  • An avid Agile practitioner, skilled at working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Technical awareness of APIs and app development (no coding required, but ability to understand how things fit together).
  • Airline/travel industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and user research platforms.

What we can offer you

  • Up to 20% bonus
  • 25 days holiday
  • BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
  • Life Assurance
  • Flexible benefits package
  • (Work Away) enabling you to work abroad for up to 30 working days per year.
  • Excellent staff travel benefits
