We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Digital team at easyJet holidays on a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, the role plays a pivotal role in the success of our scaling Digital team. This role is responsible for the post-booking experience across easyJet Holidays, focusing on creating a seamless digital journey that keeps customers informed, empowered, and excited, both in the lead-up to and during their holiday. The role is driven by customer and commercial KPIs, with emphasis on CSAT, call deflection, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of Product Owners, each with their own development team, across the full product lifecycle from idea generation to launch.
  • Ensure initiatives are measurable with strong post-launch plans and deliver a data-driven product roadmap that advances the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the market and shape the product strategy for the easyJet holidays site.
  • Deliver the easyJet holidays strategy in partnership with the Head of Digital Product and manage your area of the site, tracking KPIs and reporting ROI to the business.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Digital team and senior stakeholders; ensure business requirements are understood before development and help remove blockers in collaboration with Technology and Product Delivery Leads.
  • Own funding requests to secure budget and support for the team; drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and enhance customer experience using customer insights, analytics, and usability testing.
  • Support the shift to agile ways of working, including training and engaging stakeholders on digital innovations.

  • A strong background in digital product management with the ability to coach and mentor a team of digital product owners.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvements through optimisation.
  • Experience working in Agile teams; a commercial mindset with a passion for data and analytics.

Location and working model

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
