The team:
Join our Customer Strategy & Insights Team, where we set and drive the customer strategy across the business. We deliver regular insights that enable a better understanding of our customers and their motivations towards travelling and choosing our brand.
The role:
As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will manage our brand tracking, community and ad hoc research, delivering strategic customer insights across the business. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, bringing customer research and analysis to life through great visualisation and presentation.
What we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with brand health metrics
- Experience in a market research/customer insight role, preferably within an international organisation
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Track record of providing clear, persuasive, actionable insights
- Highly numerate and comfortable working with large data sets
- Self‑motivated problem‑solver with the ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
