You’ll be part of the Crewing team within Network Control and the wider Integrated Control Centre, operating 24/7 to ensure safe, legal, and compliant crew rosters across the network. The team works closely with crew, base teams, rostering, training, FRMS, and other ICC functions to protect safety, maintain on time performance, and support a smooth operation.
As a Crewing Officer, you’ll report to the Senior Crewing Officer while on shift and play a key role in managing crew rosters from the day of operation up to three days out. Using the AIMS crew system and decision-support tools, you’ll ensure rosters are safe, legal, and compliant with regulations and agreements, while balancing operational robustness, cost efficiency, fatigue management, and crew wellbeing. This is a fast-paced, operational role where sound judgement, clear communication, and a strong safety mindset are essential.

- Maintaining safe and compliant crew rosters in line with regulations, contracts, and company policies
- Managing crew disruption and re-crewing uncovered duties in line with business rules and agreements
- Keeping ICC teams informed of crew-related disruption and escalating issues where required
- Communicating effectively with bases, handling teams, and other ICC hubs
- Applying judgement to roster changes, balancing operational needs, cost, fatigue risk, and crew lifestyle
- Supporting a strong safety culture through incident reporting and compliance with operational manuals
- Providing cross-functional support to other operational and planning teams when needed
Key skills and experience:
- At least two years’ relevant experience, ideally within airline operations, crewing, or cabin crew
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and short deadlines
- Knowledge of EASA regulations and easyJet alleviations is beneficial
- Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Knowledge of AIMS or a similar crewing system is desirable
