As a Business Analyst at easyJet holidays, you'll be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to shape how we deliver change. You'll lead on gathering and managing business requirements across a range of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to delivery.

You’ll spend time getting to know how our business works, how our systems connect, and where we can do better. Your role is to connect the dots between the business and technical teams, making sure we're clear on what needs to happen, why it matters, and what it means for our people and customers.

You’ll stay close to the product throughout the lifecycle, flagging risks early, asking the right questions, and making sure impacts on processes are properly understood. Along the way, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, help define measurable outcomes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working over time.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong expertise in web development and CMS integration, with a deep understanding of website structures and the ability to align technical architecture with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating content management systems and ensuring that technical solutions support strategic goals.
  • Proven experience in close collaboration with Product Owners and other members of the web delivery team, including designers, developers, and architects.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform process mapping, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in writing clear and actionable requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and applying Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to support agile delivery.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes alongside system integrations and technical architecture.
  • Collaborative, thoughtful, and proactive approach, with strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in the travel or holidays industry is beneficial.
