At easyJet holidays, we’re looking for a People and Change Partner to help further enhance our brilliant culture and support the delivery of our people strategy as we continue to expand.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and leading on a variety of people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle. From delivering organisational change to managing and supporting career and development initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. You’ll also co-chair our People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, and bringing colleagues together through social and community events.

Requirements of the Role
What you’ll bring to the team: We’re seeking a dynamic People and Change Partner with a strong HR background in fast-paced, multi-functional environments, ideally within a rapidly growing or start-up business. You’ll bring expertise in both operational and strategic HR, implementing organisational change, and designing innovative employee programmes that drive engagement and development. Exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and a thorough understanding of UK employment law are essential, along with experience partnering with senior leaders and employee groups. If you’re highly organised, resilient, and proactive, with confidence using Workday, MS Office, and HR systems, we’d love to hear from you.
