THE TEAM
Join a high-performing marketing team focused on driving growth and brand value for easyJet and easyJet holidays in the UK. Work closely with colleagues across flights, holidays, trading, and creative functions, as well as external partners and agencies, to deliver impactful campaigns and strategies.
THE ROLE
Take ownership of the UK and holidays marketing strategy, leading a talented team to deliver growth and brand value. You’ll drive campaigns, manage budgets, build partnerships, and collaborate across the business to maximise impact.
- Develop and deliver insight led, growth focused marketing strategies for the UK
- Lead a team of 12 marketeers, ensuring engagement and development
- Build and utilise a network of stakeholders across flights and holidays
- Manage media budgets and agency relationships for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver relevant localised campaigns
- Partner with airports, tourist boards, media owners, and third party brands
- Work with trading and ecommerce teams to drive commercial performance
- Champion the easyJet holidays brand proposition and customer value
Requirements of the Role
- Extensive experience leading the marketing of a UK consumer brand across travel, retail or financial services
- Inspirational leadership and gravitas, able to lead cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong experience with media agencies and multi-million pound budgets
- Excellent understanding of traditional and digital media
- Creative judgement and experience developing local activity
- Analytical and commercially minded, with trading and ecommerce experience
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
