Using cutting-edge technology, including electronic signatures and AI, we ensure accuracy and efficiency in supporting the smooth operation of our fleet.
We are looking for a Records Fleet Transition Analyst to deliver compliant airworthiness technical records to Lessors/Owners, collaborate with engineering and logistics teams, and oversee project delivery while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, digital environment.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Records Fleet Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and compiling detailed aircraft compliance records to support the smooth transfer of continuing airworthiness to the next owner or operator. The role involves collaborating with Lessors, Owners, and internal departments to resolve queries, manage third-party service providers, and attend fleet transition meetings. Additionally, you will assist with regulatory surveys, provide progress reports, oversee budget/resource plans, and ensure that all documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
What you’ll need to do the role:
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of CAMO organisations, regulatory requirements (EASA, FOCA, CAA), and fleet transition processes, along with in-depth experience managing complex aircraft technical records, including assembly builds, LLPs, ADs, and SBs. Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to manage high workloads under tight deadlines are essential. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, are key to success in this role.
What you’ll get in return:
- Competitive base salary (recently reviewed)
- Up to 20% bonus
- 25 days holiday
- BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
- Life Assurance
- Flexible benefits package
- Excellent staff travel benefits
