We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join the easyJet holidays Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract, reporting to the FP&A Senior Finance Manager. The Finance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Holidays and is responsible for end-to-end headcount reporting, forecasting and analysis, collaborating across the business with the People Team and Leadership.
In addition, the role acts as our ‘Cost Champion’, taking ownership of the fixed cost base by consolidating multiple cost centres, tracking spend, providing challenge where appropriate, and running detailed analysis to ensure we remain on track with our cost ambitions. With oversight of the entire Holidays business, the Finance Analyst supports the co‑ordination of the annual budget, weekly PBT and cashflow forecasting, and delivers insight through comprehensive analysis. This involves working with key stakeholders across both the Holidays and Airline finance teams.
Another key part of the role is month end reporting, as you’ll prepare FP&A reporting packs, review forecast accuracy and highlight risks and opportunities so leaders can act with confidence. You’ll work closely with Legal, Finance and People teams, holding regular forecast reviews and providing clear, practical insight. And you’ll have exposure to Investor Relations, including support with the Factbook, competitor analysis and route profitability work.
Alongside reporting and forecasting, you’ll look for ways to improve how we work. Automation, stronger processes and better use of tools such as Thoughtspot and Planning Analytics will help streamline activity and strengthen control. This is a broad, hands‑on FP&A role with high visibility. You’ll influence planning, strengthen cost control and provide analysis that supports the growth of easyJet holidays.
What you’ll bring to the team: We are looking for a qualified accountant who is able to embrace large, complex, and fast moving entities. You will have excellent analytical skills with ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of variance analysis and key drivers, and demonstrable experience of process improvement and automation. You will be able to summarise and communicate key issues from high volumes of data with a high attention to detail, able to digest and interpret accounting complexity across balance sheet, cash flow and P&L, and have strong experience with multi‑currencies and understand FX implications.
What’s in it for you: In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package which includes our company‑wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs. You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, and we strive to do the same for our people. As such we’re committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere. The role is full‑time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
