Paid Search Specialist responsible for owning and managing the development and optimisation of paid search activity for easyJet Flights as part of integrated multi‑channel campaigns. Using your initiative, you will manage Google and Bing campaigns via bid management platforms to improve performance, enhance efficiencies, and generate sales.

You will join our dynamic digital marketing team focused on delivering outstanding paid search campaigns that drive sales and growth across all our European and worldwide markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage large, complex paid search accounts and develop local and international PPC strategies.
- Build paid search campaigns including structure, ads, keywords, ad extensions, and tracking.
- Align paid search campaign execution with trading, marketing and wider digital teams.
- Research new opportunities and identify trends to grow paid search accounts.
- Drive consistent, data‑driven testing to improve campaign performance.
- Manage and support the development of paid search activity using bid management platforms.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience managing large, complex paid search accounts.
- Strong Google Ads Editor skills, able to create and adjust campaigns at scale.
- Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360 or others.
- Numerical skills to spot trends and make recommendations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data visualisation.
- Strong reporting skills and ability to deliver accurate data requests on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships across the business.
- Experience working with media owners or agencies preferred.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Experience using scripts to automate tasks is a plus.
- Enjoy working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
