The Team
Join our E&M Supply Chain team – a group of highly motivated professionals dedicated to maximising aircraft availability while reducing inventory costs. Handling over $250M of aircraft parts distributed across Europe and managing an annual spend in excess of £150M, our team ensures the essential flow of parts and services to support easyJet’s operation. You’ll be part of a team that succeeds in a fast-paced, energetic environment, supporting each other to achieve shared goals.
The Role
As Component Repairs & Warranty Specialist, you’ll report to the Component Repairs & Warranty Manager in an exciting role within the E&M Supply Chain. You’ll be responsible for the administration of CRO activity, submission and administration of warranty and guarantee claims, and coordination of supporting evidence for E&M insurance claims.
- Administering all component repair and overhaul requirements, including repair administration, approved suppliers, contract rates, and work scope confirmation
- Managing warranty and guarantee claims, ensuring all supporting evidence is coordinated
- Supporting the team to maximise aircraft availability and reduce inventory costs
- Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver goods and services efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced airline, aviation or similar environment
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and numerate, with the ability to interpret technical publications and coordinate technical decision making
- Experience with repair contracts, Airbus SSCs, and legal awareness is desirable
- Working knowledge of Aviation Regulations (Part 145, Part M/CAMO, Part 21) would be an advantage
- Experience with AMOS is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
