The Role
As a Licensed Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our fleet and ensuring our aircraft operate safely and efficiently. You’ll engage with all aspects of the airline’s operation, working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll need to meet deadlines, overcome operational challenges, and embrace change to drive improvements across the business. You’ll demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and proficiency in IT, while communicating effectively with management and maintaining a strong customer focus.
What we’re looking for:
- UK CAA B1 licence and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft
- Up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation
- Minimum of 3 years’ operational experience in a line maintenance environment
- Proven ability to communicate issues to management
- High degree of customer focus – both internal and external
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, across all levels of the organisation
- Willingness to be flexible, embrace change, and drive improvements
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Proficiency in IT
- Commitment to personal development and openness to feedback
