Dynamic Inventory is a critical part of how we sell holidays. It ensures hotel availability flows smoothly through our systems and reaches customers at the right price, at the right time. We’re looking for a Dynamic Inventory Manager who will step into an established function with clear responsibilities, strong partnerships, and scope to evolve how dynamic inventory works across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team responsible for setting up and managing dynamic inventory rules and connections with hotel partners.
- Ensure rooms, occupancies, and board types flow cleanly through technical partners and core platform so hotels are available to sell at the right cost, at the right time.
- Work closely with external partners including channel managers, aggregators, and hotels, building strong working relationships and resolving issues quickly when they arise.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Product, Content, Inventory, and Trading teams to design end‑to‑end processes.
- Use reporting and insight to keep inventory healthy; spot opportunities for growth and identify data or connectivity issues early.
- Support and develop your team, set clear priorities, and create ways of working that scale as the business grows.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a commercial environment and understanding how inventory, availability, and cost connect to sales performance.
- Experience with hotel connectivity, channel managers, or aggregators is helpful, but curiosity and commercial judgement matter just as much.
- Analytical and logical thinking; a comfort with numbers, detail, and precision.
- Organised, motivated, focused on results; proactive solution‑oriented problem solving.
- Prior team lead or development experience; clear communication, self‑awareness, confidence without ego.
- Comfort with matrixed, cross‑team collaboration, managing multiple priorities and keeping momentum.
- Enjoy shaping processes, improving ways of working, and growing a function.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package including a company‑wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, share options, life assurance, and a flexible benefits range that you can tailor to your needs. You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights, free easyJet Plus membership, and annual holiday vouchers.
