The Digital Product Team is an integral part of the Digital function within the Customer & Marketing Team at easyJet. We are responsible for the primary digital customer touchpoints, including our website and award-winning mobile apps. Our mission is to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while exceeding business objectives through efficient operations, focused strategy, clear objectives, data-driven decision-making, and value-based output.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to oversee the product management of easyJet’s Revenue Mission, working closely with the Head of Digital Product. The successful candidate will be accountable for formulating and delivering the Product Strategy for the Revenue mission across web platforms, ensuring a customer-centric, market-leading digital experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the mobile app roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider Digital/App KPIs for commercial performance, growth, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Product to develop and execute the revenue mission strategy, optimising team workflows and product delivery.
  • Innovate the product with an entrepreneurial approach, ensuring each iteration delivers tangible value to both customers and the business.
  • Work closely with development teams and other cross-functional teams to achieve strategic product objectives.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimisation.
  • Implement and manage optimisation tests and UX enhancements to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Develop strategies for app acquisition and growth, working with SEO, PPC, and wider Digital Teams to enhance conversion, retention, and loyalty.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and trends, positioning easyJet ahead of competitors in servicing mobile users.
  • Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing Digital Product Team, fostering a culture of personal accountability and shared success.
  • Advocate for agile methodologies across the wider easyJet company and engage with stakeholders to evangelise the Digital area.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Digital Product Management experience in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience leading a team of Digital Managers or Product Owners.
  • Expertise in UX design and mobile app development practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 360.
  • Effective communication skills with experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in an Agile working environment.

Location & Hours of Work
