The Marketing Services team comprises fourteen members across three functions: Brand, Planning, and Content. The Brand team is responsible for developing and executing easyJet’s global brand strategy and platform, ‘Get Out There,’ across all touchpoints. We manage relationships with our creative and branding agencies, collaborating closely to develop campaign advertising templates and content. We also work with our internal studio to produce automation templates for regional marketing hubs and local agencies to implement their communication plans, both paid and owned. Additionally, we establish and uphold brand guidelines, including tone of voice. Internally, we collaborate with other Marketing Service functions, local marketing teams, PR, Insight, digital, media, and commercial units. We also coordinate with a broader group to deliver cross-functional pan-European plans and assets.
The Brand Manager reports to the Brand and Creative Lead and is responsible for:
- Leading the application of the brand strategy across paid and owned channel templates.
- Serving as the primary contact for local marketing teams, providing support and consultancy on advertising guidelines and templates, and translating their requirements into inspiring briefs.
- Briefing, developing, and delivering best-in-class multi-channel automation templates for multiple European markets.
- Managing content production, including shoots and stock, aligned with our brand strategy and campaign platform, in partnership with our creative agency.
- Reviewing and optimizing automation templates to ensure they remain best-in-class and meet market and campaign objectives.
- Defining and leading the content calendar and execution of sustainability communications under the 'Non-stop to Net Zero' platform.
How you will do it:
- Centre of excellence: Advising local marketing teams and the wider business on creative excellence aligned with strategic goals.
- Template development & optimization: Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality campaign templates and continuously improve them.
- Guideline revisions: Leading updates to advertising guidelines in line with template improvements.
- Day-to-day management: Overseeing daily operations with strategic and creative agencies and production teams.
- Market collaboration: Maintaining strong relationships with local markets to ensure alignment on brand strategy, templates, and content.
- Toolkit development: Working with Planning and Content teams to create comprehensive campaign toolkits for local use.
- Brand guardianship: Acting as a brand guardian to ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency and tone of voice.
- Partner collaboration: Engaging with partners to develop knowledge, adhere to channel best practices, and produce world-class assets.
- Performance reporting: Collating and analyzing creative performance data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating and adapting marketing campaigns across multiple channels within a fast-paced, brand-led organization, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective collaboration skills, working closely with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns as needed.
