What you need to do this role:

  • You will have a proven track record of leading large teams, with specific experience in managing performance and supporting the development of Cabin Crew.
  • Previous flying experience up to Cabin Manager level is desirable, as well as demonstrated ability in driving team performance.
  • You should possess strong written and communication skills, with the capacity to work cross‑functionally and confidently manage both face‑to‑face and remote teams.
  • You must be able to obtain a cabin crew qualification as flying will make up part of this role.
  • A willingness to travel across the network to support the Cabin Services team is required, along with in‑depth knowledge of company and aviation safety practices.
  • Experience in a unionised environment, including working with Union representatives, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bookings, is also essential for this role.
