Reporting to the Strategy & Innovation Director, Technology.

About the Role

easyJet’s AI maturity has moved well beyond the pilot stage. Across the business, AI Solution Leads are embedded in functions—building automations, redesigning workflows, and finding genuinely new ways to create value. We’re now looking for an AI Solution Chapter Lead to bring this network together, drive best practice, and ensure we’re always moving forward. As the AI Solution Chapter Lead, you’ll connect the big picture of enterprise AI transformation with the detail of what’s happening on the ground in each function. You’ll lead a community of practice, support capability development, and drive adoption and behavioural change across a large, operationally complex organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading a community of practice, chapter, guild, or distributed capability group in a complex organisation
  • Strong practical understanding of AI and automation, including hands‑on familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent
  • Experience designing and delivering capability development programmes (training, certification, coaching)
  • Track record of driving adoption and behavioural change in technology or digital transformation contexts
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels, without formal authority
  • Strong pattern recognition and analytical rigour in defining, tracking, and communicating value
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action

Requirements of the Role

  • Experience in an operationally complex industry (airline, logistics, travel, or similar)
  • Familiarity with future‑back or vision‑led planning methodologies
  • Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
  • Experience working alongside product teams in agile or product‑led delivery environments
  • Track record of codifying best practice into reusable templates, patterns, or solution libraries

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a dynamic team at the heart of easyJet’s Automation & Innovation organisation, working alongside OD and HR, and supporting AI Solution Leads embedded across the business. Your impact will be measured not just by what you deliver, but by what you enable others to achieve.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Competitive base salary
  • 25 days holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, and a flexible benefits package.
  • Discounted staff travel scheme for friends and family
  • Annual credit for discount on easyJet holidays
  • ‘Work Away’ scheme, allowing you to work abroad for 30 days a year
  • Electric vehicle lease salary sacrifice scheme

Location & Hours of Work

We operate a hybrid working policy of 40%-60% of the month spent with colleagues.
