VHM Care is a family-run home care provider. Established in 2017, we have grown to support our local community (Worthing). We currently have a position available within our home care team and are looking for the right candidate to make a difference.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.
- Assist clients with daily activities, making sure clients are comfortable and well.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients’ families.
- Nurture a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.
- Full Driving Licence (required)
- Access to your vehicle, which you must ensure for business use.
- The right to work in the UK (COS available to the right candidate)
- Language: English (required)
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
