Care Workers with the ability to drive within the UK. All applicants MUST have been working in domiciliary care continuously for at least 3 months. Fixed term Sponsorship/COS available for the right candidates within the UK.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, based within Woodbridge. We are a privately‑owned provider of care services within the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.

As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, supporting them and offering services including personal care, medication support, and companionship, amongst a non‑exhaustive list of support tasks that assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy and content within their own home environment.

We have vacancies covering North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton and more areas.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills, including knowledge within the sector, empathy, self‑awareness, effective communication as well as traits as a positive carer and demonstrating high levels of care and service delivery.

  • All training face‑to‑face
  • You must hold a driving licence and have your own transport
  • An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon a position being offered
  • Good timekeeping essential
  • Computer‑based knowledge essential

Experience: Home care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence – FULL UK – Car or Motorcycle (required)
