We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Restaurant Business Development Manager to lead our commercial expansion. You’ll identify new sales prospects, extend our restaurant reach, and negotiate mutually advantageous B2B collaborations. The ideal applicant is a strategic hunter with deep experience in the foodservice, hospitality or food‑tech space. Visa sponsorship will be offered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform market research, networking, and outreach initiatives to identify and develop new company prospects.
- Develop and nurture solid, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant owners, executive chefs, and corporate partners.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow revenue and market share.
- Explore new business alternatives such as catering, corporate collaborations, events, delivery channels, and franchises.
- Conduct market research to analyse customer patterns, competition actions, and new prospects within the industry.
- Develop growth plans and business predictions in line with company goals.
- Support the launch of new restaurants and evaluate suitable areas for expansion.
- Create new business through networking, prospecting, and connection building.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and collaboration agreements.
- Develop methods to boost average spend, client frequency, and overall sales success.
- Monitor sales metrics and take corrective action when targets are not fulfilled.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related subject.
- 2-5+ Years of experience in company growth, sales, hospitality, restaurant management or comparable position.
- Proven history of meeting revenue growth and business expansion goals.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality trends.
- Experience in contract negotiation and development of partnerships.
