Post 1
- Hours: 8 per week.
- The role involves assisting a 16‑year‑old teenage girl with a rare genetic mutation (HNRNPH2) who is non‑verbal and uses a wheelchair.
- Responsibilities include:
- providing personal care (showering, toileting, changing continence pads)
- supporting independent living skills
- lifting and hoisting
- escorting to events and outings
- participating in social and leisure activities
Post 2
- For two Personal Assistants working alternate Saturdays.
- Hours: 8 hours per alternate Saturday.
- Additional hours may be required during school holidays and some weekday evenings.
- A car driver is preferred for this role.
- Experience working with individuals who have physical disabilities and additional needs is essential.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
