Padgate House is a 35-bedded nursing Intermediate Care Facility providing short-term rehabilitation following an admission to hospital or an acute episode at home requiring further support.
The successful applicant will provide full care services, including personal care, dressing/undressing, and assistance with showering/bathing. Working to the principles of care, offering choice, promoting independence, and maintaining the dignity of the people in care. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours a week.
We’re looking for naturally empathetic people who are motivated to provide adults of all ages with transformative, person-centred care that lets them enjoy a better, more independent life.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in care is an advantage.
- Flexible approach to rota, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.
- DBS clearance is required.
