As a CYP Support Worker, you will:
- Provide structured, therapeutic support to children and young people
- Encourage positive development through patience, understanding, and consistency
- Maintain accurate daily records and reports
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, our Care Management Team, and external agencies
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Essential Requirements
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a similar CYP setting
- Three references (2 professional, 1 character)
- In-date PMVA or Team Teach certificate (PMVA-trained applicants must be willing to complete Team Teach training)
- Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred)
