Description
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build relationships with veterinary practices, clinics, wholesalers, and other customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information and support.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.
- Strengthen customer engagement and expand Dechra’s product portfolio.
- Manage customer activities and monitor sales performance.
Requirements
- Field-based sales experience, preferably in animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
- Ability to manage territories, prioritise opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and customer-focused presentation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and identify business growth opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
