Generate and qualify sales leads for Sponsored Scholarship Campaigns and ScholarshipOwl Pro.
Use personalised, multichannel outreach to engage US-based businesses and potential customers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, video messages, voice notes and cold calls.
- Create personalised messages for different industries and buyer profiles.
- Qualify prospects using the SPICED discovery framework.
- Prepare detailed handover notes for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs and deal attribution in HubSpot.
- Present weekly sales performance metrics during team meetings.
- Participate in coaching sessions and call reviews.
- Prospect for Sponsored Scholarship Campaigns and ScholarshipOwl Pro.
Requirements
- At least one year of outbound SDR/BDR experience targeting US companies, with evidence of meeting sales targets.
- Hands-on CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Ability to manage outreach sequences and increase prospecting activity independently.
- Strong written English and concise communication skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, coachability and the ability to handle rejection.
- No formal educational qualification required.
Desirable
- Two or more years of SDR/BDR experience.
- Experience selling to marketing, growth or brand partnership teams.
- Startup experience.
- Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, PhantomBuster, Nooks, Orum or AI-powered sales tools.
- Interest in progressing into an Account Executive (AE) role.
