- Develop business proposals, presentations and partnership opportunities.
- Lead Seetec’s London growth strategy and maintain a strong business pipeline.
- Work with internal teams to develop competitive and commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and convert business opportunities into secured contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners and strategic partners.
- Monitor public-sector funding, procurement and commissioning opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, expressions of interest and business presentations.
- Assess opportunities based on commercial value, risks and strategic suitability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support business forecasting.
- Collaborate with Bid, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and operational teams.
- Support successful contract handovers and service mobilisation.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or commercial growth.
- Strong knowledge of London’s public-sector commissioning and funding landscape.
- Established relationships with commissioners, local authorities and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop opportunities and secure contracts.
- Understanding of public-sector procurement and funding processes.
- Experience in employability, healthcare, skills, justice or related sectors is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and young people.
- Understanding of the Prevent Duty and modern British values.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
