- Provide guidance and support to the sales organization on deal registration and operational inquiries
- Manage partner deal registration submissions and status updates via email and CRM
- Identify and support process improvements, including automation efforts
- Maintain knowledge of partner programs, policies, procedures, and promotional processes
- Communicate important changes and information to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, partners, and vendors
- Ensure deal registrations, quotes, and orders are accurate and timely
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for deal registration procedures
- Use internal sales systems and partner, vendor, and distribution tools for deal registration, quoting, and ordering
- Collaborate with internal teams and host meetings to resolve critical deals and operational issues
Requirements
- Completed Bachelorβs Degree or relevant work experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to travel 15%
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to maintain Partner Certification(s) throughout employment
- Basic proficiency in CRM software
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Ability to communicate complex problems effectively to stakeholders across functions and levels
