- Work on projects involving credit scoring models, fraud detection, field visit schedule optimization, and A/B testing for targeted user promotions.
- Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to identify problems and use data to improve outcomes.
- Work closely with product and operations teams.
- Generate insights from customer, merchant, and internal data using statistical modelling, data visualization, and machine learning.
- Design, implement, and evaluate optimizations for internal operations, user promotions, and the agent network.
- Develop data-driven heuristics and machine-learning models to improve user and business outcomes.
- Manage the entire analytics process, from project scoping and design to communicating findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or technical analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in one or more of the following: machine learning, causal inference, statistical modelling, or A/B testing.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to generate clear, actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive progress.
- Experience working with early-stage product teams or rapidly scaling products.
- Ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in one of the listed talent hub countries or operating markets.
